Storage

Our olives are packaged in clear sealed tubs (200g and 400g) or 1.5kg vacuum pouches.
We recommend refrigeration once opened and consumption within 10 days.

Dispatch and Carriage

All our orders are prepared fresh for each customer and our aim is to dispatch each order in around 24 hours from receiving order to despatch, could be a little longer during busy periods of the year.

Orders are dispatched Mondays to Thursday and are sent out by overnight couriers. Our courier service will deliver within 48 hours. Please be aware that a signature is required by the courier to confirm receipt of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any parcels not being delivered due to incorrect delivery information or non deliveries due to recipient being absent at time of delivery.

Delivery Charges

Minimum order value of £12.00 with delivery charges of £5.50 for orders below £50.00.
Orders over £50.00 are free delivery to UK mainland.

Cancellation and Returns

If a problem should occur with any of our products or our service you must contact us immediately and we will do all in our power to correct the problem as swiftly and efficiently as possible for you - please phone us on 01394 383843.

All our products are supplied fresh and are produced to order, we regret that once an order is placed refunds cannot be given. Credit card authorisation and payment will be taken upon the placing of orders.

In the event of a product or service not being satisfactory to you, you may cancel before delivery or up to seven days after delivery. To do this email or drop us a line. Return the goods in their entirety, unopened and at your expense to receive full reimbursement for all charges incurred.
